Manufacturing

Our factory,
our people, our standard.

SAPP manufactures in its own 60,000 sqm facility in Dongguan, keeping capacity, quality control, and delivery timing under direct control rather than passing them to
a third party.

What We Do

We own the factory, so we own the outcome

How We Do It

We run production
as a controlled and auditable process.

Every order is scheduled against confirmed capacity before it is accepted. Tooling, materials, and line time are allocated in advance, and quality is verified at defined checkpoints rather than inspected only at the end.

Production scheduling
Volume, timing, and capacity are confirmed
and locked against the launch date.
1
Tooling and setup
Tools are prepared and the line is set to the approved golden sample.
2
Line production
Units are built under supervision with in-process
quality checks.
3
Final QA and pack
Finished units are verified, packed for transit, and released to logistics.
4
Why It Matters

A supplier who outsources production cannot guarantee what they have not built.

When manufacturing is brokered out, capacity is negotiated rather than scheduled, quality is inspected rather than controlled, and a delay upstream becomes a launch date that moves without warning.

SAPP owns and operates its own facility, with 200 machines and the capacity to develop over 1,200 new designs a year. Scheduling, tooling, line supervision, and quality checks all sit with the same team that took the brief.

The result is a production run where the commitment made at quotation is the commitment that ships, at the specified quality and the agreed landed cost.
