Fit Out, Installation, Repair & Maintenance

Installed right,
in every store, on schedule.

SAPP runs store fit out and installation as a coordinated rollout, with briefed teams, agreed access windows, and the same standard applied in every location.

How We Do It

We run installation as a managed rollout.

Store access, trading hours, and site conditions are confirmed before scheduling. Installer teams are briefed against the approved sample, so the standard set in the factory is the standard applied on the shop floor.

Site survey and access
planning
Store conditions, access windows, and trading restrictions are confirmed per location.
1
Installer briefing
Teams are briefed against the approved sample and issued assembly documentation.
2
Installation and quality check
Units are installed and checked against the agreed standard before the team leaves site.
3
Sign-off and aftercare
Each store is photographed and signed off, with repair and maintenance handled on call.

Why It Matters

Installation is where a retail program is either delivered or quietly lost.

Worker wearing a white hard hat and yellow safety vest holding a walkie-talkie and clipboard while standing in front of stacked shipping containers at a port or storage yard.
A display can be well designed, correctly engineered, and delivered on time, and still fail in the last hour if it is installed badly, installed in the wrong store, or installed in a way that disrupts trading.
A butternut pumpkin on a grocery store scale with a screen displaying its weight as 0.935 kg and a barcode for scanning using the store's Scan&Go app, which is also shown on a smartphone held by a person.
SAPP treats installation as a managed rollout rather than a series of site visits. Store access, installer briefing, quality standards, and reporting are agreed before the first team leaves the depot.

The result is a program where every store is completed to the same standard, the retailer's operations are respected, and the client receives evidence of what was installed and where.

Relevant Case Studies

SAPP develops display concepts against shopper behaviour, store formats, and real production limits, so a design is commercially viable before
it is signed off.
