Global Logistics

From our floor to your stores, on schedule.

SAPP manages freight, customs, warehousing, and store-level distribution across Australia, Asia, Europe, and North America so displays arrive complete and in time for launch.

What We Do

We move displays across borders and into stores without losing the launch date.

How We Do It

We plan logistics from the launch date backwards.

Freight mode, consolidation point, customs documentation, and store delivery windows are set before production finishes. This gives the schedule enough tolerance to absorb a delay without moving the date the displays need to be live.

Launch date planning
The in-store date is fixed and the freight schedule is built back from it.
1
Freight booking
Mode, route, and carrier are secured against the production completion date.
2
Warehouse consolidation
Stock is received, checked, and picked into store-level consignments.
3
Store-level delivery
Consignments are delivered into agreed access windows, ready for installation.
4
Why It Matters

A display that arrives late or incomplete cannot deliver the campaign it was built for.

Retail launch dates do not move.
A container held at customs, a consignment split across two shipments, or a store that receives the wrong pack can undo months of design and production work in a single week.

SAPP plans logistics backwards from the in-store date, with warehousing in Melbourne and offices across Hong Kong, Shanghai, Vienna, Essex, and Los Angeles handling consolidation, documentation, and last-mile delivery.

The result is a rollout where every store receives the correct display, in full, in time to be installed before the campaign goes live.

Relevant Case Studies

SAPP develops display concepts against shopper behaviour, store formats, and real production limits,
so a design is commercially viable before
it is signed off.
