Create iconic Darrell Lea Pop Up shops that could be used across different channels, and locations, quick and easy to put up by merchandisers as and when required.

A pop-up solution that delighted the brand owners, exceeding the sales expectation of Heinemann’s Duty Free.

Duty Free – A stand-alone Darrell Lea three-month destination. A beacon for shoppers looking for travel gifts. High margin for the retailers, doubling Darrell Lea sales. Feedback  “it’s easy to shop. Staff are able to merchandise displays limiting out of stocks in busy periods.“

  1. Drove multiple purchase behaviour in Duty Free. Sales doubled, generating incremental sales growth in new channels.
  2. Modular display suitable for all types of specialty stores. 
  3. Flexibility to use mains power or battery system opening ability to roll this unit out into Cinemas stage 2 for this project. 
  4. Ability to hold any of the 300 products, allowed planograms to be made specific to each channel, no change to the structure.
  5. Iconic display, building on a new look.
  6. Changeable shopper messaging targeted to the outlet.

After seeing the display, Cinema requested a permanent location and roll out across their network.  A long-term win for Darrell Lea from a sales perspective and brand awareness of the Darrell Lea range.
